Order and shipping
The simplest way to order from the Opkamer is by clicking on the ORDER icon under the product description. An automatic email message will appear with the article number from the article you wish to order. If this function doesn't work correctly, the best solution is to send an email with the article number you wish to order to: order@deopkamer.com
As soon as we recieve your order we will forward you the postage information. All postage costs are to be paid by the customer.
All our articles will all be packed with care, however if an article needs extra insurance this is possible at the cost of the customer.
When the total price including postage is agreed the article will automatically be reserved. You will recieve an email with the orderconfirmation and payment information.
In case you want to pick up your order, you will be asked to let us know when you want to come over.
The customer will recieve further correspondance to confirm dispatch of the article.
